We are currently recruiting a seasonal Activity Manager for our centre located in the Ardeche Gorge, South of France. The region is an outdoor enthusiast's playground - terrific climbing, caving, canyoning and whitewater paddling are all on the doorstep.

The Activity Manager role is ideal for an experienced instructor with a proven supervisory background and an eye for 'front of house'.

Duties include:

Staff training, monitoring, programming, accreditation, kit/equipment and the day to day management of 35 instructors.

All of our senior staff participate in a comprehensive training programme in the UK, prior to travelling to centre to prepare for the season.

Requirements:

- Supervisory or managerial experience within the outdoor activity industry
- 21 yrs+ for senior positions
- BCU Level 4
