Robinwood Activity Centre Ltd is a leading provider of activity courses for 8-11 year old children and is now looking for enthusiastic people to join their team as Group Leaders. We opened a new centre at Dobroyd Castle in Todmorden in March 2009 and will have a number of exciting opportunities for new staff to start in May 2010. We will be running a number of selection days during the autumn starting at the end of September this year.
The prime responsibility of all Robinwood group leaders is to instruct children in taster level sessions of activities such as climbing & abseiling, hill walking, canoeing, archery and caving (to name a few).
All instructors receive extensive training in each activity before they are asked to take responsibility for running sessions and our free ongoing training program includes the opportunity to gain NGB qualifications.

You must have a keen interest in outdoor adventure activities and be interested in working with 8-11 year olds. Recognised qualifications are an advantage but not essential if you have good relevant experience and skills gained working with children in other environments.
