Site Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Canvas operation on one of our larger sites.
Site Supervisors must possess strong leadership and organisational skills and have had at least one year's experience of the camping industry.
In addition to daily Courier duties, Site Supervisors are responsible for planning each day and taking an active role in monitoring the performance of all staff, ensuring that each team member's training needs are met.
You will work very closely with your Area Manager during montage and démontage and at times may be required to lead the montage / démontage team.
After working for one or two seasons as Site Supervisors, many come back to Canvas as Area Managers.
