Manor Adventure are looking to recruit an experienced person to manage the catering team at their Abernant Lake Activity Centre commencing in Mid March.
The successful applicant will have overall responsibility for the catering department and will be required to motivate and manage the catering team.
This role requires you to cater for up to 200 children, liaise with suppliers and clients, monitor and implement budgets and be fully conversant with all food and hygiene regulations.
