Will you take responsibility for your own development, show initiative and have the drive to move the quality of course delivery forward? Can you work with little supervision and support and be relied on to always deliver quality? Are you a role model for instructors with have less experience?
We are recruiting for Senior Instructors for our residential centre in Aberdovey within the Snowdonia National Park. We offer:

Requirements:
* Summer ML SPA
* BCU UKCC Level 1 Coach plus 3* (canoe or kayak), or BCU Level 2 coach (canoe or kayak)
* Higher NGB award, eg. Winter ML, RYA Dinghy Senior Instructor, BCU UKCC Level 3 Coach
* A qualification in learning, eg. relevant degree (outdoor education related) plus APIOL, Post Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Outdoor Studies, Certificate in Training Practice, qualified teacher or youth worker
* Driving Licence, including mini bus D1
* First Aid Certificate
