Manor Adventure is a busy Outdoor Education Company and we are currently looking for an experienced person to run a catering team at one of our centres.
• Cater for up to 200 children plus staff.
• Motivate and manage the catering team
• Liaise with suppliers and clients
• Monitor and implement budgets
• Fully conversant with all food and hygiene regulations
• Overall responsibility of the Catering Department
