We require an experienced person to manage the catering team at one of our UK Outdoor Education Centres.

• Cater for up to 200 children plus staff
• Motivate and manage the catering team
• Liaise with suppliers and clients
• Monitor and implement budgets
• Fully conversant with all food and hygiene regulations
• Overall responsibility of the Catering Department

Competitive salary circa. 17k – 22k based on experience.
Live in/out.
