Neilson's beach holidays in Greece and Turkey cater for thousands of fun loving guests every summer. We provide a wide range of activities for our clients to enjoy, including tennis, fitness, mountain biking, and of course plenty of water sports like water skiing, supping, windsurfing, sailing and kayaking. To help us deliver these activities each year, we require qualified, professional instructors. In addition to the specific requirements of each role, our staff need to be friendly, outgoing, and able to provide excellent standards of customer service.

Neilson have been providing activity holidays in Greece and Turkey for the past 37 years and we're dedicated to providing the very best summer holidays with our water and land based activities. We specialise in Sailing and Beachclub activities for beginners and experts a like (and anywhere in between!). We take great pride in making sure our fun packed holidays are open to all, giving the opportunity for a holiday of a lifetime to everyone.
Each year we recruit a variety of staff who really make our activity holidays what they are. We know that it's our dedicated team that make us so special so we work hard to recruit the very best candidates for a variety of adventure jobs. We want to hear form you if you are a qualified Instructor in Windsurfing, Wakeboarding, Waterskiing, Mountain Biking, Sailing, Tennis, Fitness, Swimming or you're a qualified Lifeguard. For experienced Instructors this is a great chance to build on your skills and knowledge in a new environment, and an ideal opportunity for newly qualified instructors to spend the summer gaining valuable hands-on teaching experience. Plus you get to work on or near the beach with sunshine everyday!
It's not just qualified Instructors we look for. Every year we recruit non-activity based staff to ensure the smooth running of our hotels and Beachclubs. These roles vary from Bar Staff , Housekeepers, Chefs, Children's Club Staff, Qualified Nannies, Receptionists, Beauty Therapists, and Waiting Staff, all the way through to Supervisors and Managers.
