typical day A Typical Day in the Job

Manor Adventure is an independent industry leading residential outdoor activity provider with 6 busy centres located around the UK & France.

We are now seeking a Training Manager/Technical Advisor to assist each Centre's Head of Centre and Activity Manager with regard to the maintenance of their Instructional staff.

As a member of the Senior Management Team the Head of Training/Technical Advisor will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for organising and delivering training to the instructor teams as well as ensuring that NGB guidelines are being followed in line with best practice and company standard operating procedures.

This is a full-time demanding role which will require extensive travel to/from our six centres. A suitable vehicle will be provided for such use along with food and accommodation when at these centres.

ideal candidate Who are we looking for?

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the principal role initially will be to develop and manage Willersley castle to Manor Adventureís exceptionally high standards.

Additionally, the candidate will be required to be business focused and results-driven, with a passion for excellence in customer service and following financial budgets.

To create new activities and activity stations that will be provided at Willersley Castle.

To create Risk Assessments and SOPs for Willersley Castle.

To manage day to day running of all departments in daily tasks.

To ensure all Health & Safety Regulations and best practices followed.

To deliver a high standard of actives that our customers expect coming to Manor Adventure.

You will be familiar with AALA and LOTC licencing.
