Ocean Elements is a medium sized tour operator, specialising in summer beach activity holidays across 3 beautiful resorts in Greece. We have 3 dedicated beach centres for Sailing and Windsurfing, hosting between 50 and 100 guests which allows us to provide a personal service to our guests and a small team environment for our staff.

Have the chance to work in beautiful places and to be a part of the senior team for the UK largest independent Ski and Beach Club Operator with an option to work all year round in both beach (Greece) and winter (French Alps), if desired.
Who are we looking for?
Immediate role (start July): The management of a fleet of 12 yachts based in Lefkas.
Running a ‘Start Yachting’ course for novice sailors from our beach club in Vassiliki The development of exciting new yacht products and delivering courses under the RYA scheme (Greece)
