We started delivering instructor training over 10 years ago, we are an organisation with a wealth of experience in the watersports environment, both in the UK and abroad.

typical day A Typical Day on this Course

Our course offers a blend of theory and practical on-the-job duties to gain a rounded and thorough understanding of the industry. You will get to experience what it's like to work in a busy activity centre alongside experienced instructors, with opportunities to learn everything required for employment in the watersports industry.

Typical on-site hours are 09:00-16:30, 3 days a week (Mondays, Tuesday, and Wednesdays)


ideal candidate Who are we looking for?

This course is aimed at people who would like to get into the outdoor industry, specifically watersports. The minimum age to participate on this course is 18 and there really is no upper age limit. So, if you are looking for a career change or you are just starting out on your carer journey this course is perfect.

The prerequisites for this course are the following qualifications or equivalent experience.

• RYA Start Sailing
• RYA Start Windsurfing
• Some basic kayak and SUP skills

If you don’t have the above, don’t worry we can offer these for a special price before the start of the course. If you are not local to us there are lots of centres around the UK where you can complete this training.

Course participants will have the opportunity to achieve the following National Governing Body qualifications upon completion of the course:

- RYA Dinghy Instructor
- RYA Start Windsurfing Instructor
- BC Paddlesports Instructor
