A Typical Day in the Job

Climb Guide – New North London Roof-walk Attraction

Your job will require ensuring the safety and enjoyment of groups of customers whilst you guide them around the roof of a new roof-walk attraction in North London. You need to be a natural communicator, comfortable working outdoors and at height and have an enthusiastic attitude.

We are looking for both full time guides and casual guides to work predominately at the weekends. No previous experience is required and there will be a training / selection process that is suitable for both seasoned outdoor professionals and entry level outdoor enthusiasts.

Team Leader – New North London Roof-walk Attraction

Your job will require you to be responsible for ensuring the safety of Guests and Guides at a new roof-walk attraction in North London. To liaise with staff and customers, and coordinate the operation, in order to maximise the operational effectiveness of the attraction. To ensure the most positive experience for every visitor to the attraction through excellent customer service.

We are looking for full time Team Leaders. You must hold a suitable qualification (See Full Job Description) – there will be a training course you must attend.

Who are we looking for?

For the Team Leader Role:

• Hold a valid certificate in one of the following:
- Single Pitch Award
- Rock Climbing Instructor Award
- IRATA Level 1
- Climbing Wall Award with Abseil module
