Our mission is to provide access to the outdoor for all, especially young people who may not otherwise have the opportunity. Every member of staff shares these values and is hardworking, passionate, and talented.
Our activities and residential experiences all have in depth educational value with a clear learning outcome.
We offer staff accommodation in houses just a 5 minute walk away from the main centre. Staff members staying with us will have their own bedroom, and catering is optionally provided for activity staff.
Mount Cooks commitments to quality and safety means we provide in house training on all activities and support our staff to achieve NGB awards.
