UKSA Staff Watersports Instructor Training: a typical day
UKSA’s Staff Watersports Instructor Training is a customised, comprehensive training package that gives you all the skills you need to start your career in the watersports industry with UKSA. This action-packed 6-week course is delivered by UKSA's industry-leading instructors with a focus on working directly with each individual student.
6 weeks training includes;
*Qualify as an instructor to teach dinghy sailing
*Train on paddleboards and paddlesports crafts
*Industry guidance from our professional recruitment team
*All training provided is NGB recognised and tailored to UKSA’s unique delivery style and location.
Who are we looking for?

*You must be 18 years or older to join this course
*No experience required
*Successful interview and completion of the course leads to employment with UKSA for two seasons
Please note that this programme is for candidates seeking employment at UKSA and therefore an attendance interview is mandatory.
