We believe in getting back to basics and using the real, natural environment for our activity sessions, including lakes, mountains, rivers, beaches, crags and caves.
Over 35 years, we have built up an excellent reputation for safety and delivering quality activity programmes and now have 11 accreditations and hundreds thousands of customers travelling with us each year.
Our traditional pre-erected camping villages are designed to give our groups their own private space for sleeping, eating and socialising, to encourage a real ‘community spirit’. This is a really easy environment for teachers/leaders to monitor their group and make sure everyone is safe and having a good time.
A Typical Day in the Job
You will be the main point of contact for children, teachers, group leaders and families and so will need a certain level of diplomacy and understanding of different customer’s needs, along with being able to liaise with the senior staff team regarding your group's requirements.
In this role you will organise and participate in our evening activity programme and co-ordinate the arrival and departure of guests onto your ‘Acorn village’. You will be responsible for the general running of the Village, ensuring that it is kept clean and tidy at all times, whilst managing a team of Activity Instructors who will be assigned to work with you for the duration of a groups stay.
