We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic & energetic Activity Instructors for our 4 unique & exciting national Activity Centre venues based in Derbyshire, Lancashire, Hampshire & Sussex.
As an Activity Instructor for Girlguiding, you will put fun and adventure at the heart of your delivery, providing effective leadership and instruction to a variety of guest, and engaging with them through exciting and adventurous sessions! These sessions provide a hands-on taster experience and includes everything from canoeing and kayaking to rock climbing and zip wire!
You will have a strong interest in outdoor adventure and take pride in your work, ensuring that the customers’ needs are recognised and prioritised. You will be the public face of Girlguiding, being one of the first points of contact for our customers, and you will regularly work alongside volunteers to support the delivery of Girlguiding’s fun and exciting events, ensuring that the customer experience will be at the heart of what you do.
The ideal candidate will therefore have great attention to detail and be able to work efficiently and thoroughly, whilst maintaining excellent high standards for our guests, and ensuring those first impressions count.
