The job description

a typical day

A Senior Activity Courier is an integral part of the activity team and will spend over 50% of their time delivering a wide range of activities to children and adults. It is important to be a role model for the team and deliver all activities to the highest level.

In addition they will also be responsible for the safety of the operation, liaising with the campsite management team about the activity programme and managing the staff team. This will involve organising meetings, self-auditing the operation and some levels of paperwork. It is also important to have a good level of verbal communication when dealing with both customers and staff.

Who are we looking for?

Candidates should have high energy levels and be enthusiastic about working with children. It is also essential to have some experience working in the industry and/or some supervisory experience. It is also essential to have good skills in paperwork and computers.

In addition you will need to be 18 years old by the time your contract will start.
