typical day A Typical Day in the Job

You must be able to: Provide a strong customer focus at all times. Ensure the safety of everyone under your supervision.

Attend staff meetings, with all relevant information for the day’s activities. Deliver a high quality of supervision / education to groups assigned to you. Deliver evening sessions. Help maintain a clean working centre. Help develop the centre with new ideas and improvements to current courses and operational systems. Attend UKSA open days when required. Support the Senior Training staff with any other tasks required.

Experience and Qualifications required
•RYA Dinghy Instructor – Essential
•First Aid qualification – Essential
•PBL2 qualification - Essential
•RYA Windsurf instructor, BCU Kayak instructor, Powerboat Instructor - Desirable
•Excellent Communication Skills
•Ability to motivate and educate afloat
