Plenty of days on the beach (in the sun) will include hard graft and a lot of expended energy. You'll finish the season fitter, stronger and wiser about activity and staff management, and group activity provision. You'll also be involved in staff team activity days and make the best use of where you are by getting out and active whenever possible.
