In practise, you'll ensure that all sessions you lead are conducted in a safe manner, in accordance with our operating procedures. You'll help our guests to realise their potential and gain maximum enjoyment from each session. You'll maintain overall supervision of your group whilst giving individual guidance too.

Our instructors also greet groups on arrival, conduct site tours and fire drills and attend the welcome briefings as required. You may also find yourself supervising your group in between activity sessions on occasions.

Once your day at work has finished you will get to experience centre life with all centres having their own staff areas and social scene. You will have the freedom to do as much or as little as you want with your free time. It really is what you make of it!
