Ocean Elements is a medium sized tour operator, specialising in summer beach activity holidays across 3 beautiful resorts in Greece. We have 3 dedicated beach centres for Sailing and Windsurfing, hosting between 50 and 100 guests which allows us to provide a personal service to our guests and a small team environment for our staff.
A Typical Day in the Job
You will work closely alongside the Hotel Manager, as well as the Maintenance team, Head Chef and all other hospitality staff. In addition, you will be in contact with the UK Head Office, other resorts within Greece and numerous external suppliers. Processing orders for the F&B department, taking responsibility for the logging, completion and follow up of maintenance issues, stock control, sales, airport coach transfers, basic Accounts support and end of week tab payments. Sales, Licensing, Guest & Staff Travel, Stock Management, Training, HR, Accounts support, Reporting and Procurement are some of the key areas you will excel in. A keen eye for detail, good time management, strong computer literacy and the ability to meet deadlines are all essential qualities for this role. The role is very varied and will require you to shift focus frequently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The role will involve working as part of the hospitality (F&B) team during peak periods. This is a seasonal role, which will run from approximately mid to late April until the middle of October.
