Ocean Elements is a medium sized tour operator, specialising in summer beach activity holidays across 3 beautiful resorts in Greece. We have 3 dedicated beach centres for Sailing and Windsurfing, hosting between 50 and 100 guests which allows us to provide a personal service to our guests and a small team environment for our staff.
A Typical Day in the Job
You will be a natural leader and motivator who will work closely with the hotel team to inspire them to have a passion for what they do and the delivery of a seamless service which will exceed guests expectations. You will ensure that the set staff standards for uniform, presentation and professionalism are adhered to at all times.
Who are we looking for?
Relevant Transferable work Experience
People/ Team management / Supervisory Experience
Secure Cash Handling Experience
Full, Clean, UK driving Licence
