Lots of activity centres are just about having fun. While this is an important part of learning, we like to make the most of the educational and personal benefits of outdoor pursuits by maximising the experience for every child who stays with us.

We invest our profits back into the training of our instructors, and into the equipment and facilities at each of our six centres.

Freelance Activity Instructor : a typical day

As a Freelance Activity Instructor, you will:

. Deliver safe, fun and engaging outdoor activity sessions

. Work with school and youth groups of varying ages

. Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism

. Adapt sessions to suit different abilities and needs

. Represent Manor Adventure with energy and positivity

. Activities may include climbing, archery, high ropes, water sports, bushcraft and team-building exercises (depending on centre and qualifications).
