UKSA Watersports Academy

typical day A Typical Day in the Job

UKSA's Watersports Academy is a bespoke, part-funded course aimed at students aged 18-25 who want to train to become a watersports instructor and work in the UK. On graduation, you will be a qualified instructor in the following disciplines; dinghy sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and stand up paddleboarding.

Upon successful completion of the scheme, you will be guaranteed employment for two seasons with UKSA in Cowes on the Isle of Wight. If you want to walk straight into employment in the UK on graduation, this course is for you.

ideal candidate Who are we looking for?

You will need to be aged 18-25 and attend a successful interview at UKSA. Previous experience in watersports and customer service is desirable but not essential

UKSA's Watersports Academy course is all-inclusive with no hidden extras. Course fees include all training, food and accommodation, examinations, certification, logbooks and internet access for the full duration of the course.

While on site you can take advantage of our indoor heated swimming pool, bar and study areas.
