In November 2024, Robinwood took an exciting leap forward and became a fully employee-owned company.
As our shareholders prepared to step back after years of incredible growth, their highest priority wasn’t selling the business to an outside buyer; it was protecting Robinwood’s identity. They wanted to guarantee that our strong vision, all-encompassing values, and unique culture would continue to thrive for decades to come.
We know that delivering an unforgettable experience for children requires an incredible, well-supported team. That’s why we don’t just talk about a great work culture – we have it independently verified. Robinwood has proudly held the Investors in People Gold Accreditation since 2013.
We believe that everyone should be able to afford to do the job they want to do. That is why we strive to be able to make our staff pay the fairest we can within the market we operate in. Being Real Living Wage accredited aligns with our employee-owned culture and this accreditation is a promise to pay our staff a fair wage based on the current cost of living at that time, and with it we are held accountable through the Living Wage Foundation.
