The job description
Multi Activity Instructors UK: a typical day
- Deliver a wide range of outdoor and adventure activities to school and youth groups
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants at all times
- Supervise groups, adapting sessions to suit different ages and abilities
- Clearly explain activities, safety procedures, and learning outcomes
- Maintain equipment and activity areas to high safety and cleanliness standards
- Act as a positive role model, encouraging participation, teamwork, and confidence
- Follow company policies, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
- Support the wider centre team as required, including residential duties

As an Outdoor Instructor, you will deliver a range of fun, memorable and tailored adventurous activities, experiences and adventure holidays aimed at families, individuals and groups. Such as snowmobile tours, ice fishing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.
The primary role of this post is to lead activities from friction fire lighting to orienteering in a safe and engaging manner, improving wellbeing of schools, families and adult visitors.
