Chef de Partie: a typical day
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, reflecting our reputation for outstanding cuisine
• Supporting the Head Chef with the development of exciting new dishes
• Ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are maintained at the highest levels at all times
Who are we looking for?

• Have existing experience in a hotel restaurant or an establishment with good reputation for excellent cuisine
• Hold the relevant kitchen and hygiene certificates or be willing to obtain them
• Having a rosette background will be advantageous
