The job description
Outdoor Instructor: a typical day

You'll work in a variety of outdoor environments with a wide range of groups. You'll work both independently and as part of a team to facilitate activity sessions. Each day, you could be training new instructors, working with schools, corporate, families, private groups, or individuals. The majority of our instructors work for us year-round, expanding their skills to gain winter qualifications.

This is more than just a job. You won't just be an instructor: you'll be a coach, a facilitator, a mentor, a guide, an inspiration. We're looking for enthusiastic people to inspire others through exciting adventures.

Your attitude and personality is paramount to us: we're looking for someone who has a positive outlook, professionalism, promptness and who works well under pressure. You'll possess strong communication skills, and excellent presentation skills and enjoy a varied and challenging programme.

We are looking to employ someone with a range of experience, qualifications and skills.

We currently have different roles available:

-Full-time Outdoor Instructor
-Seasonal Outdoor Instructor

We require a variety of qualifications depending on the role. These might include Rock Climbing Instructor, Paddle sport Leader, Paddle sport Touring Leader, D1 + CPC, Cave Leader, Mountain Leader, Archery GB, Ski/Snowboard qualficiations.
