Looking for a role where every day feels different? As a PGL Field Studies Instructor, you’ll bring environmental education, ecology, geography and science education to life through hands-on outdoor learning at our beautiful residential centre.
You’ll lead engaging education programmes that take curriculum delivery beyond the classroom, helping young people explore the natural world and understand key concepts in field studies and sustainability. Working with children and school groups means plenty of energy and fun—and it’s never, ever boring.
If you’re passionate about youth learning, love the outdoors, and want to inspire the next generation, this is your chance to make a real difference.

Passionate about adventure and the great outdoors
Friendly people who flourish in team environments

Above all, it’s our core values of FUN, SAFETY, QUALITY, INCLUSIVITY, TEAMWORK and RESPECT that unite us.
