Delphi Resort is located in the heart of the scenically breath-taking Delphi Valley, near Leenane, Connemara, Co. Galway. It has everything the outdoor enthusiast is looking for in a workplace nestled between spectacular mountains to climb and with stunning beaches at your doorstep.

Instructors can climb in the Burren, Surf at Cross, Mountain Bike in Sligo, Windsurf at Achill, Hike our breathtaking mountains, or just enjoy the craic with a creamy Guinness in one of our many pubs!

Who are we looking for?

We require suitably qualified Instructors who are compassionate and knowledgeable. We are particularly seeking paddlesport instructors.

Previous experience in facilitating group learning is desired. Communication skills including active listening, giving and receiving feedback and clearly conveying expectations are important skills for applicants. Attitude, flexibility and humour are vital qualities of staff in the Delphi Adventure Team. Here at Delphi we work with a large variety of clients and have one of the best team of instructors/people in the country making the day-to-day great fun!
