Multi-Activity Instructor: a typical day

A typical day in the job comprises of: Prepping for an activity session, Meeting and greeting guests, Delivering a fun, safe and educational session, Following H&S guidelines and best practices, Adapting to weather changes, Supervision of groups/residents.

We require suitably qualified Instructors who are compassionate and knowledgeable. We are particularly seeking paddlesport instructors.

Previous experience in facilitating group learning is desired. Communication skills including active listening, giving and receiving feedback and clearly conveying expectations are important skills for applicants. Attitude, flexibility and humour are vital qualities of staff in the Delphi Adventure Team. Here at Delphi we work with a large variety of clients and have one of the best team of instructors/people in the country making the day-to-day great fun!
