We are small and personable. You have plenty of autonomy in your work. Plenty of budget for training if wanted.

We have a course to get qualified on 15th/16th June. Paddle sport instructor/leader course.

The job description

Watersports Instructor: a typical day

We are camping in a pretty field, from the moment the camp awakes, we are busy. Although a relaxed camp, the children are bouncy, chatty and fun, there is football before breakfast for some of them. We have breakfast, then we are off on the activities, whether its a walk up Kingley Vale, a visit to the beach at West Wittering, a bike ride along Salterns Way or a kayak or paddle board on the Chichester Canal.

Who are we looking for?

what makes you the ideal candidate

Ideally someone with paddle board/kayak qualifications, if not, we have course to get yourself qualified in June 25th/15th.
