Manor Adventure are an industry leading residential outdoor activity provider. We have been able to become an Employer of Choice through our focus on the quality of the educational sessions we offer, as well as our commitment to the training and development of our staff

We are now actively seeking a Head of Centre for our centre in Lyng, Norfolk. Norfolk Lakes provides a unique experience for school groups. Set in 65 acres on the edge of the village of Lyng, 11 miles north west of Norwich. The centre has 37 acres of lakes.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who has a passion for outdoor education that is supported by strong leadership capabilities and managerial skills.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be part of the Senior Management Team.

The Head of Centre is responsible for the efficient running of day-to-day operations and development at the centre. This includes managing and motivating centre staff, ensuring government regulations are adhered to, ensuring the highest possible Safety & Customer Service standards at all times.

- Experience gained in a similar role or business environment

- Strong leadership capabilities

- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of performance management and strategy formulation
